There are no financial agreements between OMNISPAN and any offshore provider. When an offshore provider is selected as our client's partner, the client and the provider enter into a financial arrangement.
OMNISPAN has received requests from time to time to represent specific offshore providers. If the provider makes contact with a prospect, and subsequently approaches OMNISPAN for building a relationship, we will evaluate this request. In case the prospect has not approached OMNISPAN, then we may consider working for the provider on a case by case basis. We will notify the prospect of our representing the provider up-front to clarify the situation.
