Success in providing offshore outsourcing services from India

A few case studies of our founder's work with Fortune 100 startup offshore operations in India are presented here. These experiences were all rooted in the Crawl, Walk, Run methodology but in much bigger scale than small-to-medium size businesses. When we work with you, we also bring in this (rare) provider perspective, that can jump start your business initiatives.

Samsung Electronics, Korea wanted to use Indian offshore providers for development of embedded software for its router and telecom products. The Samsung Indian operation still in its infancy was asked to build a network of Indian companies to perform this operation.
IBM Global Services, India had procured its very first offshore project in the realm of 3-D graphics adapters and wanted to enlarge its scope. The goal was to evolve into an offshore dedicated center (ODC) for the foreign client focusing on graphics adapter technology.
Running the very first ODC for a foreign client, had its fair share of technical and management challenges. It required tight coordination between IBM Global Services and its foreign client to ensure appropriate requirements and delivery of software.
Scoping out work in the US, followed by software development and support out of India was the practice in the 80s followed by Texas Instruments Inc. (TI). Alignment on global strategies and periodic planning trips from both ends were required to ensure tight coupling of operations.
Our US based case studies, highlight our successes with small-to-medium size businesses.
